What is a workflow? A workflow is a set of actions built into the system that should be completed during the course of the transaction. They help keep you on track because they have specific due dates. Workflows can easily be created to help with open houses, follow ups, closings, and more. How do I create personal workflows or ones for my teammates? Personal workflows can be created by agents. Admins can create workflows that are visible to all the entire office, team, or just themselves. To create workflows: Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner. Click on Workflow Manager on the left sidebar. Click Add Workflow. Provide a name and category (leads or transaction). Admins will be able to select a visibility. What’s the best way to view my daily/weekly/monthly tasks? The easiest way to view your tasks is by clicking the calendar icon in the upper right hand corner. Once the calendar loads, you can toggle between a monthly view and weekly view. Another way you can view your tasks is by clicking the drop down in the upper left hand corner. How can I delegate specific tasks? You can delegate tasks to a user easily. To do so: Click on the drop down in the upper left hand corner. Click on Tasks under CRM. Hover on the task you need to delegate. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and click Delegate To. Put in the user's information and click submit. You can click on the task to see the history of who the task has been shared with and you can also see any notes.Few readers
