  • Team Leader vs. Individual Teammates
What can a team leader see vs. individual teammates? A team leader can see all aspects of the team, including each individual agent's commission contribution along with the agent's team agreement. The team leader will set up the fees and commission structure. The fee cannot be changed once it is set, so be sure it is correct before inviting agents to the team. An individual's commission can be adjusted after they join the team. (https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/b2647Few readers
