What are the Residential and Commercial CAP’s? The individual and team CAP values refers to the maximum annual fees that an individual user will pay before subsequent transaction fees are waived. Each CAP period is calculated from the user's join date. To activate the CAPS, complete the following steps: Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner to go to Settings. State and Local Taxes Settings Admins can access state and local tax settings by click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. From there, click on On Boarding Setup in the left hand side bar. Tax Set Up should be visible. Click on the plus icon in on the right hand side of the window. Select your state. What are compliance checklists? To make the transaction process as smooth and simple as possible, we have built in Compliance Checklists into RealtyPass. Admins can set up which documents need to be added to residential and commercial transactions. Once set, list populates in each transaction for agents to see. Managers can easily compare the documents uploaded to a transaction against the compliance list. Can I change my notification settings? Notifications come in two forms: in system notifications and emails. There are different notifications that go out for system, team, lead, transaction, and goals. To change whether you are notified in the system or via email: Click the gear icon. Click on Communications in the left sidebar. Toggle the notification button on or off for each notification. Can I customize my dashboard? Each user can customize their dashboard. Using the Customize button in the lower right hand corner, users can change the color and background image of the dashboard.
