How do I Upgrade/Downgrade my account? Admins can upgrade or downgrade their plan for their office at anytime. To do so: Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner. Click on Plans & Billing. Upgrade or downgrade your account. How does your FREE plan work and what limitations are there? Anyone can sign up for our free RealtyPass plan without a credit card. It includes: 5 Transactions Included Basic Passes 1000 Record Limit Email & Chat Support Once the 5 transactions are used, the user will be prompted to sign up for a Pay As You Go plan.
