How do I post to Lead Pool? Lead Pool is a complete network of agents who utilize RealtyPass. Rather than assigning a lead to a specific agent, you can post your lead in Lead Pool. This allows anyone to pick up the lead and assist them with their transaction. To post to lead pool: Click the drop down in the upper left hand corner. Click on Leads under CRM. How do I accept someone from the Lead Pool? If you are looking for new leads, Lead Pool can help you find someone. To see who is available in the lead pool and accept them: Click the drop down in the upper left hand corner. Click on Leads under CRM. Toggle My Leads to Lead Pool by clicking the button. If it looks like a good fit, click Accept. Once you accept the lead, you will be responsible for their transaction. How do I assign a lead to someone I know? If you need to assign a lead to someone else, complete the following: Click the drop down in the upper left hand corner. Click on Leads under CRM. Click on the name of the lead. Click Reassign Lead. Enter their email, name, and phone number. Enter your referral fee. Click submit.
