Updating ACH Information
ACH information must be updated in RealtyPass to collect commission, pay agent dues, and generate accurate tax forms. Follow the steps below to add your ACH information:
- From your RealtyPass dashboard, select Profile in the upper right-hand corner.
- Navigate to the Account Info tab and update all fields:
- Email support@agencyone.com to let us know your account information is updated, and start collecting commission! 🎉
Glossary of Terms:
- Tax Reporting Name - Exact name as it appears on your tax filing documents (usually this is your full legal name or a company name)
- EIN Number - Unique nine-digit number assigned by the IRS to business entities operating in the United States for the purposes of identification
- Tax ID - Identifies taxpayers and is used by the IRS for tax administration (usually this is the same as your Social Security number)
- Bank Name - Name of the bank that will be credited/debited by AgencyOne
- Bank Routing Number - Nine-digit number that identifies the bank or credit union in a financial transaction
- Bank Account Number - Unique set of digits assigned to the account when you open a bank account
