Transaction Stages On Dashboard & Transactions Tab

We have clearly defined stages for every transaction to help keep agents and managers organized. Find each of the stage meanings below:

• New - transaction is less than 24 hours old
• Updated - documents were added to the transaction
• Active - recently added transaction documents have been reviewed
• $$ Received - commission received
• Payable - all items on document checklist are approved and commission received - transaction approved for payment release
• Closed - remitted payment for transaction
• Failed - listing expired, buyer cancelled, etc

_Note: Failed transactions cannot be deleted due to legal and compliance purposes. This is to keep an accurate record of what happened and to protect all parties involved on the transaction should any issues arise. _
