What are the Residential and Commercial CAP’s?

The individual and team CAP values refers to the maximum annual fees that an individual user will pay before subsequent transaction fees are waived. Each CAP period is calculated from the user's join date.

To activate the CAPS, complete the following steps:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner to go to Settings.
2. On the left hand side bar, click on On Boarding Setup.
3. Click on Transaction Fee.
4. Go to CAPS/Limits interface.

From there, set up the CAPS for your brokerage. These can be adjusted at any time if your brokerage restructures its transaction fees.
