How do I post to Lead Pool?

Lead Pool is a complete network of agents who utilize RealtyPass. Rather than assigning a lead to a specific agent, you can post your lead in Lead Pool. This allows anyone to pick up the lead and assist them with their transaction. To post to lead pool:

1. Click the drop down in the upper left hand corner.
2. Click on Leads under CRM.
3. Click on the name of the lead.
4. Click Reassign Lead.
5. Click the toggle button in the upper left corner of the box so Lead Pool is selected.
6. Fill in the location information.
7. Add your referral fee.
8. Click submit.

Now, the lead is in the Lead Pool! Any agent on RealtyPass that serves the area listed can see the lead and pick him or her up. The history of who has had the lead will be logged to keep an accurate record of who interacted with the lead and when.
