PDF Markup Tools and electronic signatures

You may annotate a PDF by adding one of the following using the Edit/Sign toolbar option:


  1. Text: Used for typing anything on top of your PDF files. Just define your rectangular area and type your message.
  2. Signature: Select your font and size and eSign the bounding box area you define.
  3. Note: Perfect for leaving quick comments regarding issues with the PDF. Missing initials? Missing signatures? Just leave a note and the transaction owner will be notified immediately without having to navigate to the "Notes" tab.


Simply click on the "Edit/Sign" button as shown below:



Click on Edit/Sign


Next, draw a rectangular bounding box around the area you wish to add your Text/Signature/Note and select the desired option as shown below.

To finalize, click on "Submit" in the upper right to commit. For eSignatures, a tracking ID and date stamp will be automatically added to ensure security and compliance.
