Pay As You Go
How does “Pay As You Go” transaction usage billing work?
Pay As You Go is our upgraded RealtyPass plan. Starting at $99 per month, you gain the following:
- Multi-Office Support
- Lead System
- Onboarding Assistance
- Premium Pass Access
- Phone Support
Our Pay As You Go plan does not have a limit on the number of records you may have in the system. If you have multiple offices, you can add on an office for NO additional fee.

Transaction Fees
The amount you per per transaction is based on how much you utilize the system. The more transactions you create, the less you pay per transaction. Our tiered pricing with the Pay As You Go Plan is:
- TIER 1: 1 - 50 transactions ($5 each)
- TIER 2: 51 - 100 transactions ($4 each)
- TIER 3: 101 - 200 transactions ($3 each)
- TIER 4: 201 + transactions ($2 each)
_Consider the following two examples. _
- Single Office: You have one office in RealtyPass. Between your entire team of agents, you create 115 transactions during your first month. You will pay $99 + (50 x $5) + (50 x $4) + (15 x $3) since you are being charged for 50 transactions at tier 1 pricing, 50 transactions at tier 2 pricing, and 15 transactions at tier 3 pricing. During your second month, your entire team of agents only creates 23 transactions. You will pay $99 + (23 x $5) since you are being charged for 23 transactions at tier 1 pricing.
- Multi Office: We do not charge additional monthly fees for additional offices under your subscription. We encourage you to GROW!
