What is a Lead Score and how do I set it?

A lead score indicates how likely a lead is to convert into a closed transaction. Leads enter the real estate market at various levels. Some are just interested in seeing what's out there and others are ready to buy/sell a property right now. Lead scores can help you understand where someone is in their buying/selling decision and what efforts you need to make to encourage them to complete the transaction.


Complete the following to set a lead score:

  1. Click the drop down in the upper left hand corner.
  2. Click on Leads under CRM.
  3. Click on the name of the lead.
  4. Click the pencil icon name the score.
  5. Set the lead score.


The closer the lead score is to 100, the more likely a lead is to complete a transaction. The lead score can be changed at any time.
