Email Yourself To Save Time

Every user is assigned a unique email address in their RealtyPass account to quickly and easily add documents to transactions.


How To Find Your RealtyPass Email Address

  1. Find your email in your Mailbox. Click on the drop down in the upper left hand corner of the Dashboard and click on Mailbox.
  2. Copy your email address and save it for future use.


How To Create A Transaction Via Email

  1. Find your documents on your computer.
  2. Write an email to yourself so it's easy to identify when you get to your Mailbox in RealtyPass.
  3. Send the email to RealtyPass email address.
  4. Login to RealtyPass and go to Mailbox.
  5. Click on the email.
  6. Click "add to transaction"
  7. Scroll to the bottom where it says "Transaction not listed here?"
  8. Click "create new transaction" and complete the details.


You can also use this method to add documents to transactions. Rather than completing steps 7 & 8, simply find the transaction in the list and click on "assign".
