Email Yourself To Save Time
Every user is assigned a unique email address in their RealtyPass account to quickly and easily add documents to transactions.
How To Find Your RealtyPass Email Address
- Find your email in your Mailbox. Click on the drop down in the upper left hand corner of the Dashboard and click on Mailbox.
- Copy your email address and save it for future use.
How To Create A Transaction Via Email
- Find your documents on your computer.
- Write an email to yourself so it's easy to identify when you get to your Mailbox in RealtyPass.
- Send the email to RealtyPass email address.
- Login to RealtyPass and go to Mailbox.
- Click on the email.
- Click "add to transaction"
- Scroll to the bottom where it says "Transaction not listed here?"
- Click "create new transaction" and complete the details.
You can also use this method to add documents to transactions. Rather than completing steps 7 & 8, simply find the transaction in the list and click on "assign".
