Delegate Tasks


How can I delegate specific tasks?

You can delegate tasks to a user easily. To do so:

  1. Click on the drop down in the upper left hand corner.
  2. Click on Tasks under CRM.
  3. Hover on the task you need to delegate.
  4. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and click Delegate To.
  5. Put in the user's information and click submit.


You can click on the task to see the history of who the task has been shared with and you can also see any notes.
