How do I convert a contact into a Transaction?
Congratulations on landing a new transaction with a repeat client! To turn a contact into a transaction, complete the following:
- Click on the drop down in the upper left hand corner.
- Click on Contacts under CRM.
- Click on the contact's name.
- Click Create a Transaction.
Be sure to upload any documents and add a much information as possible. Remember, you can update Update Transactions Via Email.
