How To Use Concierge
If you are in a rush or simply don't want to create a transaction manually, Concierge will be your new best friend. This is the simplest, most effective way to create transactions in RealtyPass. It very well may become the only way you create transactions in the future.

It's As Easy as 1-2-3
- Click "In a hurry? Let’s go" button
- Add your RealtyPass email (this must be the same email you registered your account with)
- Upload document

What Happens When I Use Concierge?
When you upload your document to Concierge, our system analyzes the document to find the information it needs to create a transaction. So long as the document is properly completed, our system should be able to pull the residence information that is required to create a transaction.
The agent uploading the document will receive a notification to your email address when a transaction is successfully uploaded. The manager will also receive a notification that you have created a transaction via Concierge.
What Happens If My Document Fails To Upload?
It's rare that a document will not be uploaded into the system. However, if in the event our system cannot find the necessary information in the document you've uploaded, you and your manager will receive an email to your Inbox in the RealtyPass system. From there, you can view the PDF and manually create a transaction.
Why Would My Document Fail to Upload?
The most likely reason a document would fail to upload would be that the information is not typed. Handwritten documents cannot be analyzed by our system. Another common reason the document may fail is due to a scanned document not having a high resolution that is clear enough for the system to read.
