Compliance Checklists


What are compliance checklists?

To make the transaction process as smooth and simple as possible, we have built in Compliance Checklists into RealtyPass. Admins can set up which documents need to be added to residential and commercial transactions. Once set, list populates in each transaction for agents to see. Managers can easily compare the documents uploaded to a transaction against the compliance list. They will be able to check off that each document has in fact been added to a transaction before closing it out.



How can I edit compliance checklists?

Only admins can edit compliance checklists. To do so, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click on On Boarding Setup in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on Checklist Manager.
  4. Click Add Document to add a new type of document required on transactions.
  5. Click the Residential and Commercial drop down.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit each property type or the trashcan icon to delete the property type.
  • Click Add Property Type to add a new property.
  1. Click Add Category to add a new type of property.
