Commission Plans Overview

Commission plans can be easily added to RealtyPass. The fees and percentages are factored into the transaction, so agents and managers can see the expected commission for each transaction. RealtyPass has the following options available in the settings:

• Flat
• Flat Percentage
• Hybrid Fee
• Progressive Fee

How do I set up commission plans for my office?

Admins can put their office's commission plans into RealtyPass by click on the gear icon and then completing the following steps:

1. Click on On Boarding Set Up in the left sidebar.
2. Click Transaction Fee.
3. Adjust the Default plan based on the commission plan that is available to agents.
4. Click Add Plan in the right hand corner.
5. Name the plan.
6. Add in the commission details available to agents.
