Automated Transaction Creation

If you're already logged into the platform, you can easily create a transaction via our AI technology

Dashboard Method

1. Click on the "Create +" button in the left sidebar.
2. Drag and drop one of the approved documents RealtyPass understands (typed documents work best)
3. When done uploading, please click on "GENERATE"
4. Depending on file size, you will receive an email notification when your transaction has been created

Upon success, your transaction will auto-import the images (if an MLS ID is supplied) and you will then be able to add additional documents.
