How do I set up and invite agents to join my team?


To set up your first team, you will need to complete the following steps:

  1. Under Management, click on Users.
  2. Create a new team by dragging a User from Agent to Team Leader.
  3. Assign= a team name in the pop-up.

To view the new team, you will need to go to Teams. To set up subsequent teams, you can click on the plus icon (+) under to create a new team.

To invite agents to your team:

  1. Click on the team name.
  2. Fill in the agent's information.
  3. Click invite.

You will be able to see pending invites in the next tab.
