If your brokerage allows for commission payments via escrow, please follow the steps below:

Within the transaction detail interface, select "Commission" tab
Ensure you enter a valid "Expected Commission" value
Navigate to "Referral" section and click to expand
Click on "+Add" as shown below:

Remember to add any client referrals prior to adding a "Pay Via Escrow" entry.
Select "Pay Via Escrow" and confirm/enter your banking information (ACH) or select the Check Toggle if you want to have escrow mail you a check.

If you've entered your account information from your profile, your banking information will auto populate. Please confirm or make modifications as necessary. Toggling to "Check" will instruct escrow where to mail your check based on your account profile settings "Account Info" tab.

When done, please click on "Generate CDF" to create a new commission disbursement form. Instructions are here: Automated Commission Disbursement Form Generator
Your admin will sign the form that you may then forward to your closing agent for final processing for D

To generate your own Commission Disbursement Form (PDF), please follow the steps below:

Within the Transaction Details interface, click on "$ Commission" tab
Once you've entered your Expected Commission and any other potential external referrals, you may click on the CDF link as shown below:

You can download/forward this form to your closing agent or send to your office manager for approval/signature if your company requires this.

How To Use MLS IDX Concierge Off Login Page

If you are in a rush or simply don't want to create a transaction manually by logging into RealtyPass (and have IDX MLS integration established for your office) you are in luck!

Concierge will be your new best friend. This is the simplest, most effective way to create transactions in RealtyPass for any MLS-Listed property your office subscribes to (excluding FSBO's, Referrals and most commercial listings).

It's As Easy as 1-2-3

Click "In a hurry? Let’s go" button
Add your RealtyPass email (this must be the same email you registered your account with)
Upon verification, simply enter the MLS ID # in the box below

Next, verify the details of the listing and click on "Save and Continue" to drag and drop any initial documents for this transaction.

What Happens When I Use IDX MLS Concierge?

RealtyPass creates the transaction for you, imports all images from the MLS and emails you information directly for future document additions. The process normally takes less than 15 seconds!

The user adding initial documents will receive a notification to their email address when a transaction is successfully uploaded. The manager will also receive a notification that you have created a transaction via Concierge.

Obtaining your own lead generating site that integrates directly into RealtyPass is easily achieved with just a few clicks.
Please follow the steps below to get your website activated.

Please Note: Website Solution Pass will only be available to brokerage accounts that have already enabled and have been approved for IDX integration within RealtyPass. To learn more, please install the IDX Pass and request local MLS activation prior to using the Website Solution Pass first.

While you are waiting for website approval, it is important that you complete your profile within RealtyPass including your Bio, Picture, Social Media Links, MLS ID number and your personal contact information. This will ensure your website will populate with your Featured Listings and make it super easy for potential clients to reach you. Leads will automatically get created within your RealtyPass "Leads" module, so please check often as not all notifications are delivered promptly and some may go to your SPAM folder. Any changes made to your profile will automatically reflect on your new website, so no worries if you forgot to update your phone number or language(s) spoken. :)

Steps to activate your new site:

Click on the Website Solution Pass (or install it onto your dashboard)

PDF Markup Tools and electronic signatures

You may annotate a PDF by adding one of the following using the Edit/Sign toolbar option:

Text: Used for typing anything on top of your PDF files. Just define your rectangular area and type your message.
Signature: Select your font and size and eSign the bounding box area you define.
Note: Perfect for leaving quick comments regarding issues with the PDF. Missing initials? Missing signatures? Just leave a note and the transaction owner will be notified immediately without having to navigate to the "Notes" tab.

Simply click on the "Edit/Sign" button as shown below:

Next, draw a rectangular bounding box around the area you wish to add your Text/Signature/Note and select the desired option as shown below.

To finalize, click on "Submit" in the upper right to commit. For eSignatures, a tracking ID and date stamp will be automatically added to ensure security and compliance.

Update your TaxID (SSN for individuals), EIN (if you are filing as a corporate entity), Tax Reporting Name and Home Address (Under Basic Details Tab) within your profile->Account Info tab
